CANCELLATION POLICY

“I fully understand that schedules do change, so if you need to cancel an appointment with me, please try and do so with as much advance notice as possible.

1. General Cancellation Policy (Client side): Deposits are non-refundable but will be transferred towards another date booked within six months if you cancel in time. However, if you cancel less than 72 hours before our meeting (a 24-hour cancellation policy applies for VIP G.O.T MEMBERSHIP), your deposit will be forfeited and taken as a cancellation fee.

2. Unpredictable Situations on the Client’s Side: If you are forced to cancel or reschedule due to an unpredictable situation (sudden illness, life tragedies such as a death in the family, natural disasters, strikes, or military threats), the following conditions apply:

  • We will find a new, alternative date for our meeting together.
  • The paid deposit is non-refundable but will be transferred to this new date.
  • The deposit will be reduced by any costs already demonstrably incurred on my part to secure your stay/meeting that cannot be refunded by providers.

3. Unpredictable Situations on My Side: In the event that I am forced to cancel or reschedule due to an unpredictable situation (sudden illness, life tragedies, natural disasters, strikes, or military threats), I will contact you immediately to agree on a new date.

  • The paid deposit will be transferred to the new date in full.
  • Please note that I am not liable for any of your additional costs (e.g., travel tickets, flights, accommodation, etc.) incurred in connection with the original date.

4. General Recommendations for Your Protection: To ensure your financial protection and eliminate risks associated with unpredictable events, I strongly recommend:

  • Flights: Purchase tickets exclusively with a cancellation option or insure them individually.
  • Accommodation: Book additional accommodation with the ‘pay on-site’ option or with a free cancellation policy, or ensure the booking is insured.
  • Insurance: Take out comprehensive travel insurance or trip cancellation insurance to cover your transport and accommodation costs in case of unexpected circumstances.”
